About Ridge Maine
Ridge Maine is a short-term Residential Treatment Center providing structured, compassionate care to adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our program emphasizes teamwork, consistency, and a supportive therapeutic environment.
The Role
We are seeking a collaborative, team-oriented RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care in a residential setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, communicates effectively across disciplines, and is passionate about adolescent behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and document vital signs, assessments, and clinical outcomes
- Administer medications in compliance with policy and regulations
- Conduct pre-admission triage and coordinate discharges
- Support and advise direct care staff as the on-site medical professional
- Coordinate virtual psychiatry appointments and medication orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control standards
- Complete administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Active Maine RN or LPN license
- Behavioral or residential treatment experience preferred
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults
- Strong team player who is collaborative, dependable, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently when serving as sole medical staff
- Comfort with EHR systems and Microsoft applications
- CPR & First Aid required (CRMA Instructor certification a plus)
Schedule
- Evening shifts: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 12-hour Sunday shift available
Pay:
- LPN: $30–$34/hour
- RN: $37–$42/hour
