E Wales Hospitality a premiere catering company in Rockport Maine is hiring a Seasonal Sous Chef starting in May. This position requires daily catering prep and event day execution. You will be working with a small but mighty team of Hospitality Professionals. Experience is required is high volume scratch cooking, NO large scale baking is required. We are NOT offering housing with this position.
