H.E. Callahan Construction is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level
role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in
construction management and learn how projects truly run from
preconstruction through closeout with a clear path toward Project
Manager.

**What You\'ll Do**
You will work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to
Support Active Construction Projects. Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with subcontractor buyout and scope review
- Tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documentation in Procore
- Supporting cost tracking and cost-to-complete updates
- Preparing meeting agendas and distributing minutes
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Reviewing project drawings and specifications
- Supporting project closeout documentation
- Assisting with scheduling and milestone tracking
- Supporting general project and office coordination as needed
- Provide estimating and preconstruction support as needed
- Performing other job duties as required to support the project team
and company operations
You will gain exposure to budget management, risk identification,
subcontractor coordination, owner communication, and field operations.
**What We\'re Looking For**
- Knowledge of building and construction is a MUST
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
- Willingness to learn Procore and Bluebeam
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow
