H.E. Callahan Construction is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented

Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level

role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in

construction management and learn how projects truly run from

preconstruction through closeout with a clear path toward Project

Manager.

**What You\'ll Do**

You will work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to

Support Active Construction Projects. Responsibilities Include

Assisting with subcontractor buyout and scope review
Tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documentation in Procore
Supporting cost tracking and cost-to-complete updates
Preparing meeting agendas and distributing minutes
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Reviewing project drawings and specifications
Supporting project closeout documentation
Assisting with scheduling and milestone tracking
Supporting general project and office coordination as needed
Provide estimating and preconstruction support as needed
Performing other job duties as required to support the project team

and company operations

You will gain exposure to budget management, risk identification,

subcontractor coordination, owner communication, and field operations.
