As a Lead Comprehensive Case Manager, you will support and advocate for individuals and families who are facing homelessness by collaborating with a large network of community support providers. Lead Comprehensive Case Managers support clients by advocating for them in the community, helping them to identify needs and goals and connecting them with appropriate community and Homeworthy resources. Lead Comprehensive Case Managers at Homeworthy are part of helping to achieve the agency’s mission on a daily basis. They help to identify and build on strengths, always treat clients with dignity and respect, and ultimately become trusted partners who help clients to reach sustainable independence. They also support case management supervisors with higher level tasks including but not limited to training and mentoring new Comprehensive Case Managers, identifying and organizing external training and development opportunities, representing the agency in community partnership meetings, and by providing supervisory oversight to case managers in the absence of supervisors.
The ideal Lead Case Manager candidate will have five years (minimum of three years) social services experience with relevant training in the human service/mental health field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required. Knowledge of community resources and services for children and adolescents, a plus.
This position will pay $26-31/hour, based on experience.
