As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism to access resources to live full and inclusive lives. Requirements for Case Manager:
- Bachelor's degree
- One year experience working with adult individuals with intellectual disabilities and /or autism
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Outgoing, self-directed, great written and oral communication skills, team player
- Comfortable advocating for individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of settings
