We’re hiring a small team for a 3–4 week fiber internet sales blitz in Augusta, Maine, with opportunities to continue in new markets after.
This is a door-to-door sales role. No installs — you simply sign customers up for high-speed fiber internet.
Customers are offered faster, more reliable internet, often at a lower cost, with free installation and the first month free — making this an easy, high-converting product.
Pay
100% commission-based
Typical earnings: $1,000–$3,000+ per week
Top performers: $4,000–$5,000/week
Paid weekly (1–2 weeks after installs are completed)
Commission Structure (resets weekly):
0–9 sales: $150 per install
10–19 sales: $175 per install (applies to all installs that week)
20+ sales: $200 per install (applies to all installs that week)
Example:
20 installs in one week = $4,000
Performance Benchmarks:
Average reps: 2–3 installs/day
Strong reps: 6–8 installs/day
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Talk to homeowners and present the offer
- Close and submit service sign-ups
- Work with a small, competitive team
