We’re looking to hire multiple Residential Mental Health Assistants to join us by March 13th. This is your chance to step into a meaningful role in behavioral health while building the foundation for a long-term career.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a vital part of a resident’s treatment journey by guiding them through daily activities—meals, therapy, group sessions, and more.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can happen.
- Step in with crisis intervention and de-escalation skills when needed.
- Provide direct support—CPR, wound care, or medication assistance—under the guidance of clinical staff.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or clinical/residential care (preferred but not required).
- Passion for helping adolescents and young adults succeed.
- Background as a Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or similar role is a plus.
Pay & Perks:
- $22.00-$23.00 per hour DOE

- AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- At least one weekend shift required
