We are the New Gloucester Village Store, a 135-year old market/restaurant with a wood-fired brick oven serving 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. We make Ready-Made Meals, sides, salads, soups, and such to sell out of the cooler. We sell meats, cheeses, produce, beverages, gourmet groceries, as well as the basics. We have a menu of unique quality sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast, and more, as well as pizza; made-to-order, as slices, and pre-cooked out of the cooler.
We have been closed for a couple years and are reopening in May.
We are seeking a Pizza Production Lead Cook- Perfect the dough and monitor it, make most of the pizzas while you’re here, and train the other pizza makers. Your role will go beyond pizza, but maintaining the quality and consistency of our pies will be your focus and domain.
