Harpswell Auto Sales in Lewiston is expanding! We operate a busy, fast‑paced service department with 4 bays and 3 full‑time technicians, and we’re looking to add a motivated, reliable team member to support our growing operation.
About the Role
Our technicians stay consistently busy, with plenty of work every week as we process 30–40 vehicles for retail prep and continue supporting customers throughout the Lewiston/Auburn area. This is a full‑time position, typically 45–55 hours per week, within the following shop hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications
- Maine State Inspection License (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in an automotive service environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume shop

- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Team player
- Knowledge and adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, diagnostic equipment, etc
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
- Experience in preventive maintenance
- ASE Certification a plus
Pay based on experience with room to grow.
