Monte's Fine Food in Portland is hiring for a full-time prep cook. Start time is 5-6am, five days per week. We are looking for someone with a strong culinary background who prioritizes sanitation, cleanliness and organization and who has the skills and experience to contribute to our menu from day one. Daily tasks are diverse and include frying, braising, grilling, and preparing hot and cold sauces.
