Via Vecchia, a fast paced, high volume restaurant in the middle of Portland’s Old Port is looking for a barrack!
Experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone that can hustle. It’s physical job, being able to haul buckets of ice and bus tubs with the quickness is a must while maintaining a clean workspace and a gentle hand with the glassware is a must.
