We’re seeking Bartenders who are eager to help shape a high-volume, multi-floor restaurant with expansive outdoor decks and a full beverage and raw bar program. We’re looking for someone with a balanced approach to maintaining high service standards while managing a busy front-of-house. -Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverages.

-Support daily setup, breakdown, and side work as needed.
*Qualifications*
-Prior experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume setting preferred.
-Friendly, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
-Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
-Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-25 lbs as needed.
-Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen (required)
*About the Dry Dock*
Originally opened in 1983 and closed in 2018, the Dry Dock is a two-story restaurant facing the waterfront that re-opened with an expanded deck and renovated interiors in the summer of 2025. The Luke’s Lobster team operates the restaurant located at 84 Commercial Street, just down the street from their first Maine location on Portland Pier.
The Dry Dock features high quality, and responsibly sourced seafood including a premier raw bar in a warm, inviting atmosphere, with a full beverage program, intended for both visitors and locals alike.
Luke’s Lobster was founded in 2009 by Maine native and third-generation lobsterman, Luke Holden, to bring the quality lobster rolls of his youth to NYC. A certified B Corp, Luke’s now has over 25 locations across the US, locations in Japan and Singapore, and can be found in grocery stores nationwide.
