Hebron Academy Project – Hebron, Maine
Project Overview
Large-scale water damage restoration project at Hebron Academy. All water damage has been fully abated, mold remediation completed, and the building is now down to the studs with framing complete and ready for immediate start.
Scope:
Install ~580 sheets of ½" drywall (approx. 18,560 sq ft + waste)
Tape, mud, and finish to Level 4 (Level 5 optional)
Prime and paint 25,227 sq ft (walls & ceilings)
Final cleanup and punch list
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks, starting immediately.
We are seeking experienced 1099 subcontractors:
• Drywall hangers
• Tapers / Finishers
• Painters (spray & brush)
Must be professional, reliable, and familiar with Maine building codes. Tools and safety equipment required. Competitive pay.
