We not only invest in startups but also actively support our portfolio companies in everything from accounting and sales to administrative and HR tasks. We are expanding and need a versatile Administrative Assistant to help manage our growing portfolio.

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth operations within our team. Your role will involve a wide range of administrative tasks to support both our internal team and our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage various administrative duties, including but not limited to:

Organize and prioritize open tasks within the team, ensuring awareness of deadlines.
Submitting license renewals.
Drafting of documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, etc.
Scheduling and managing social media posts.
Calendar management across different time zones.
Handling email correspondence and directing billing inquiries to the accounting department.
Managing accounts with utility providers (e.g., Spectrum, CMP) and monitoring for any critical alerts.
Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
Maintaining and updating shared team files to ensure they are organized and current.
Facilitate regular communication with our Chief of Staff to align on administrative strategies and updates.

Candidate Profile:

Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in time management, and an eye for detail.
Experience: Prior administrative experience is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
Characteristics: A positive, proactive team player who can independently manage their workload and take initiative in our fast-paced environment.
