**This opportunity is for established independent contractors with an active DOT & MC authority only. **
J.B. Hunt is expanding our Final Mile Services home delivery carrier force. We are looking for carriers that are interested in contracting with us to deliver and install appliances, fitness equipment and furniture in our Portland, Maine operating area.
- $800 average daily rate*
- Tuesday-Saturday work week
- Equipment sublease
- 7-day payment terms
- Established customer base with consistent routes
- Access to third-party discounts for truck rental, fuel and tools
- Access to nationwide accounts
Carrier Requirements Include:
- Active US DOT & MC numbers
- Previous home delivery (white glove) experience
- Previous furniture delivery and installation experience
- 26’ box truck with liftgate
- Relocation to Portland, ME area
