Blyth & Burrows, an upscale cocktail bar is seeking a bartender.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive craft cocktail passion and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Execution: Build complex, multi-step cocktails using precise measurements, specific ice programs, and proper glassware.
Prep Excellence: Assist in the production of house-made syrups, tinctures, cordials, and infusions.
Guest Engagement: Guide guests through our spirits list and cocktail menu; be comfortable making recommendations based on flavor profiles.
Technical Mastery: Maintain high standards for shaking, stirring, throwing, and garnishing.
Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine station during high-volume service and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Knowledge of cocktails and spirits is a must!
This is a hybrid bartender and prep position.
