RedCap Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Engage and interact with workers in a professional and respectful manner
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Process customer orders and update customer accounts with relevant information
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional computer skills and understanding of internal program navigation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
