Crispy Gai, a bustling, tropical-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Portland, is hiring seasonal team members to join us. We’re known for our Thai-inspired fried chicken, upbeat vibe, and tropical-leaning cocktail program. If you thrive in a fast-paced, lively atmosphere and enjoy hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
Open Positions:
SEASONAL BARTENDER
• 4 shifts per week
• Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Minimum 2 years bartending experience required
• High-volume bartending experience is a strong plus
• Looking for someone efficient, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
SEASONAL HOST
• Sunday–Thursday evenings
• Schedule: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• High-volume hosting experience is a plus
• Ideal candidate is organized, welcoming, and able to stay calm and professional during busy services
SEASONAL DAYTIME FOOD RUNNER
• Monday–Friday
• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
• Ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
