OverviewAs part of our continued growth, we are building a talent pipeline for future Personal Lines Client Service Manager opportunities. While this role is not currently open, it is fully remote, and we welcome the opportunity to connect with strong talent for upcoming needs.
How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them navige their insurance needs with confidence. You’ll provide personalized service, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offering solutions to meet their needs. Whether it’s discussing auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies, you’ll ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accure client and policy da, using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality. By collaboring with your team, you’ll help secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services, all while managing multiple priorities with ease.
About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's license. Strong written and verbal communicion skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Approprie licensing as required.
Nice to have:
- 1+ years of prior call center experience
- Currently licensed in P&C
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, Applied Epic, and Salesforce.
Here’s wh you’ll bring to the role:
- You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and demonstre a commitment to client service.
- You’ll hold an active Producer’s license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- You’ll use written and verbal communicion skills effectively and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
- You’ll apply practical experience in client-facing customer service (preferred) and use Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word proficiently.
