We are seeking an Accountant/Office Manager.
This role combines traditional accounting support with responsibility for maintaining organized filing systems and managing day-to-day computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts payable/receivable/General Ledger
· Maintain accurate financial records.
· Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems.
· Data entry, document processing, and record updates.
Human resource issues.
· Assist with basic computer system management and troubleshooting.
· Assist with order entry and purchasing.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in accounting or previous experience in accounting in an industrial setting preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency with computers, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
