Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and executing menu items to the highest standard while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Evo’s standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily cleaning duties
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tickets efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (fine dining experience a plus)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
