The Montsweag Restaurant is seeking experienced, dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We offer competitive wages of $21–$28 per hour, based on experience, along with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
Ensure food is prepared and plated consistently and efficiently
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
Work collaboratively with the culinary team during busy service periods
Help maintain a positive, professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
Previous line cook experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Weekend and evening availability preferred
