Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with specialization as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
- Placing and finishing composite fillings
- Applying Sealants
- Taking final impressions
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
Qualifications
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification
- X-ray certification
- Must be 100% reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
