Club Crew Member (Part-Time/Weekend)

Pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Great Cove Boat Club is seeking dependable and motivated individual to join our marina team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced waterfront environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and being outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse and property
• Provide support to members with docking and general assistance
• Perform dock repairs and general marina maintenance
• Assist Operations Manager in Daily tasks
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Previous marina or boating experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry 20–50 lbs. regularly
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing ladders.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day
Schedule:
• Part-Time Weekends (Sat - Sunday 8am - 6pm)
