Magnus on Water is a Peruvian-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Biddeford, where Chef Rafael Zimmerman blends the bold flavors of Peru with the best of what Maine has to offer. Our small, skilled kitchen team takes real pride in what we put on the plate ā and we're looking for someone who does too.
We're hiring a seasonal line cook to join us immediately through at least mid-September. If you love good food, work with intention, and thrive in a tight-knit kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule
⢠Thursday ā Sunday, approximately 3:00 PM to close (~10:30ā11 PM)
⢠Optional Wednesday prep shifts available for those who want more hours
⢠Approximately 25ā35 hours per week
⢠Flexible end date, but must be committed through mid-September

What We're Looking For
⢠Some prior kitchen experience (line or prep)
⢠Solid knife skills and the ability to work clean and efficient under pressure
⢠Station set and ready for service by 5 PM ā every shift
⢠Attention to detail and care for plate presentation
⢠Strong communication in the kitchen ā ask questions, speak up, stay in sync
⢠A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for great food

Starting at $22/hr, commensurate with experience
