We are in search of a residential Maintenance Technician to service the greater Lewiston-Auburn area.
Responsibilities Include:
Completion of daily work orders (e.g. repairs, cleanouts, construction)
Completion of unit turnovers including painting, flooring, carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical, and more
Emergency after hours on call duty (Rotating schedule)
Expected to demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent customer service to our residents
Must Have:
Own (basic) tools
Reliable (enough) Vehicle
Willingness to learn
Team Player
Smartphone (all work orders are app-based)
1099 Position to start (90 Days)
Pay range $18-22/hr depending on experience
