Antonia's Pizzeria Bar & Grill is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
Experienced servers can make $1500+ per week (hourly wage plus tips).
Candidates applying for a server position would be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Year round availability (not seasonal)
- Greeting guests at the door
- Preparing tables (full-service section) (hosts as well)
- Bussing
- Setting up menus
- Setting napkins/silverware
- Knowing all menu items, and ingredients in menu items
- Awareness of reservations
- Assist customers to their tables
- Suggesting appetizers
- Suggesting drinks
- Informing customer regarding food preparation details (as needed)
- Maintaining a proper dining experience for guests
- Delivering items (not letting them sit in the window)
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Fulfilling customer needs/requests
- Refilling drinks
- Removing course dishes (pre-bussing tables)
- Offering desserts
- Obtaining revenue, printing receipt, returning change
