Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment? Join our team as a Driver Check-In Representative, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our transportation and warehouse operations. In this position, you'll work directly with delivery drivers to reconcile routes, verify returns, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure all delivery documentation is processed correctly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Check in delivery drivers at the completion of their routes and review route paperwork for accuracy.
- Verify delivery receipts, invoices, customer orders, and route documentation.
- Inspect returning trailers and verify returned, damaged, or unsold products.
- Reconcile and process returned merchandise and determine appropriate disposition of products.
- Re-enter approved products into inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reconcile cash, checks, and other route collections in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate operational records and files.
- File invoices, delivery documentation, DOT logs, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, warehouse associates, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support daily transportation and warehouse operations as needed.
