What You'll Do
As our Front of House Manager, you'll be the heart of the dining room and the leader of our front-of-house team. You'll make sure every guest feels welcome, every order is accurate, and every shift runs smoothly.
You'll be:
Leading the front-of-house team with positivity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Creating an outstanding guest experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
Keeping service fast, friendly, and organized during busy breakfast and lunch rushes.
Coordinating communication with the kitchen to ensure speed and accuracy.
Training, coaching, and supporting new and existing team members.
Helping solve problems before they become problems.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
Modeling the high standards and positive culture that make Ramona's special.
Leadership Role
The Front of House Manager is a key member of Ramona's leadership team.
You'll work closely with our Kitchen Manager to keep daily operations running efficiently while reporting directly to the Owner. You'll oversee front-of-house training, daily operations, and communication with the FOH staff. The Owner remains responsible for company policies and personnel decisions, allowing you to focus on building a strong team and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
