We launched The Maple Den two months ago with a mission to showcase the very best of Aroostook County and Maine’s flavor. We’ve had a phenomenal start, and now we’re looking for a passionate culinary partner to help lead our kitchen into its next chapter!
We take huge pride in cooking everything from scratch with a true sense of place. From hand-rolled pastas and slow-simmered sauces to sourcing local beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and Maine seafood, our menu is a celebration of local producers and high-quality craft.
Who We’re Looking For
We need more than just a great line cook—we’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking culinary collaborator.
Skilled & Hands-On: You know your way around a scratch kitchen, understand timing, and take pride in precision (sauces, meats, fresh pasta).
Creative & Curious: You love experimenting with seasonal ingredients, building specials, and are always eager to learn and refine your craft.
Leadership-Minded: You want to step up, take ownership, and help run a smooth, clean, and collaborative kitchen operation.
