AirTemp, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Part‑Time Billing, Collections & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Westbrook, ME. This position has the potential to transition to a full‑time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time
· Review service reports and job documentation for billing completeness
· Manage collections, including follow‑up on outstanding accounts and resolving payment issues
· Process payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations
· Respond to billing, collections, and payroll inquiries professionally
· Work closely with service, dispatch, HR, and accounting teams
Qualifications
· Billing, collections, and/or payroll experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency with computers and billing/accounting software
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Strong communication and customer service skills
