Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Nurse Injector to join our team. In this role, you will lead our injectable services, providing aesthetic treatments—including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and wellness injections like Vitamin B12—to a growing client base. The ideal candidate blends clinical expertise with an eye for aesthetic detail, outstanding customer service, and the ability to educate clients on our full suite of aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations & Assessments: Conduct thorough client assessments, evaluate individual aesthetic goals, review medical histories, and craft customized treatment plans.
Injectable Procedures: Perform high-quality cosmetic injections (dermal fillers, neurotoxins, etc.) and wellness injections (including Vitamin B12) adhering to clinical safety standards and protocol.
Client Experience & Service: Deliver exceptional, compassionate customer service to build long-term trust, client retention, and brand loyalty.
Treatment Cross-Selling & Education: Educate clients on complementary aesthetic services and advanced laser treatments offered at 207 Laser to ensure comprehensive care and optimal results.
Post-Care & Follow-Up: Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions and conduct follow-up consultations as needed.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) and comply with all state and federal medical regulations.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively alongside our supportive staff, management, and medical director to maintain a seamless operational flow and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Maine in good standing.
Certification: Formal certification/training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers required.
Experience: Experience delivering cosmetic injections preferred.
Sales & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to consult, educate, and cross-sell clinical products and services.
Attitude: Positive, team-oriented mindset with a dedication to safety, precision, and continuous learning.
