Rumford Group Homes, Inc. is seeking a qualified Children’s Case Manager to provide services in our catchment area. We empower individuals experiencing mental health challenges by providing compassionate, person-centered services.

The Role: How You’ll Make an Impact
We are seeking a kind, professional, and self-motivated Children’s Case Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you aren’t just managing a caseload; you are a lifeline for families, helping them navigate complex systems and guiding them from crisis to sustainable, long-term independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate & Support: Build trusting, respectful relationships with children and families, helping them identify their personal goals and unique strengths.
- Navigate Resources: Connect clients with critical agency and community resources, including housing, mental health, and social services.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with a robust network of local community providers to coordinate holistic, comprehensive care.
- Assess & Plan: Develop personalized crisis and safety plans, helping families establish stability and independence.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
- Experience: Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, a collaborative team-player mindset, and a solid working knowledge of local community resources.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and successful completion of background and driving checks prior to hire.
