Job Description:
We are seeking a bartender to join our team for 3 nights a week. The Shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 3-CL, Friday will be a split shift so sooner out time. Otherwise expect to be here until 12 AM. The ideal candidate will have a relaxed and positive attitude, and a genuine joy for customer interaction. Experience in the service industry is required - bartending experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages.
Providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
Requirements:
Prior service experience.
Knowledge of craft cocktails.
Ability to work the required shifts
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Passion for customer interaction and creating a welcoming environment.
Compensation:
Total pay based on experience: $23 - $40+/hr (depending on business levels). Including tips.
