Monte’s Fine Foods is seeking an experienced retail/restaurant manager to join our team!
This is a full-time, year-round position, 40-45 hours per week.
Duties include:
• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage our wine program to optimize product presentation and availability.
• Supervise daily store operations including cash handling, POS system management, and ordering.
• Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to build a skilled team.
• Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards specific to specialty food retailing.
Requirements:

Availability evenings and weekends.
Experience with retail POS systems and MS Office.
Previous restaurant or retail management experience.
