Seeking landscapers!
- Are you physically strong, a team player, interested in our ecosystem, and are able to work hard outdoors, including in the heat of summer?
- Do you have at least 2 years experience farming or gardening, including knowledge of how to weed and how to plant?
Positions open for crew member or crew leader with Buena Vista Landscaping, a small, woman owned, ecological landscaping crew (think mostly natives, and gardens as habitat) based in Gorham.
Management experience required if seeking the crew leader role.
Pay depends on ability/experience, $23 and up.
Season runs early April through October/November. Beginners welcome.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, plus one Monday a month. Averages about 35 hours per week.
Requirements:
Must be athletic and strong (think digging, raking, weeding and pushing heavy wheelbarrows up hill in all weather, and able to lift 50 pounds comfortably).
Must be professional, self motivated, and enthusiastic about outdoor work with plants. This job works for folks who enjoy heavy labor in a small, supportive, focused team vibe, and enjoy getting sweaty outdoors with the bees and butterflies and plants that we take care of. It's also essential that you're willing and able to learn plant identification and care.
Must have driver's license and a clean driving record, no at fault accidents. Experience driving pickup trucks preferred.
