We’re looking for experienced sales managers, team owners, and established sales organizations ready to grow with a national Xfinity campaign. Teams with four or more agents receive priority for National Sales Partner conversations.
Bring your field experience and leadership. We provide mapped territory and leads, order-entry tools, live sales and administrative support, and recruiting and onboarding support to help qualified teams grow.
National Sales Partner payouts
Approved National Sales Partners earn:
- $350 for an internet sale.
- An additional $150 when the qualifying free mobile line is added — $500 total for internet plus mobile.
- An additional $125 when TV is added — $625 total for internet, mobile, and TV.
These rates apply to approved National Sales Partners. Individual representative compensation is discussed separately.
Who we want to hear from
- Experienced door-to-door managers with an active team.
- Sales organizations looking for a national telecom program.
- Leaders who can recruit, train, coach, and produce in the field.
- Teams with experience selling internet, wireless, cable, energy, solar, alarms, or other products door to door.
This is a field sales opportunity. Strong partners know how to lead from the front, support their agents, and build productive teams for the long term.

You don’t need an existing team to ask about our individual sales opportunities. Average agent commission is approximately $350 per sale, with earnings depending on production and product mix. Experienced managers without a current team can also ask about a path to building one.
