Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Prepare a variety of shakes, smoothies, and other food items following established recipes and safety standards
- Manage food handling responsibilities with a focus on sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety management
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and perform basic math calculations for accurate change
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing equipment, counters, and dining areas to ensure health standards are met
Requirements
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math skills
- Food industry experience including food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Retail sales experience with upselling and serving customers effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Previous cashiering or food service customer order management experience is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
