We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening (3pm-11pm) Residential Aide to join our team in providing supportive residential (SUD) housing to individuals from diverse backgrounds. In this vital role, you will assist our residents with daily living activities, ensure their safety and well-being, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Duties
People in Recovery are strongly urged to apply
- Supervise/oversee our residents’ evening activities from 3-11pm, ensuring safety and adherence to SUD community guidelines
- Assist residents with medication administration, intake procedures, and case management tasks
- Maintain resident confidentiality while documenting interactions, data collection, filing, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools
- Facilitate communication between residents and their families or service providers to promote engagement and support networks
Experience
- Supervising experience in social services, residential settings, or community programs preferred
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, crisis intervention techniques, and de-escalation methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, data collection, and reporting purposes
- Experience supporting clients with mental health conditions or substance use disorders is highly valued
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, case management documentation, and team collaboration
- Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
