Who we are:
CSM Landscaping is a small landscaping business based out of North Yarmouth and has been serving high end residential clients and businesses in Falmouth, Cumberland, and Yarmouth for the last 27 years. We provide the following services:
· weekly lawn mowing
· garden design/installation/maintenance.
· design-build hardscaping projects (i.e. rock walls, walkways, patios and pool surrounds.)
· residential and commercial snow removal services
· firewood processing
We have unique projects, fantastic customers, and an amazing crew to support them! We typically range from around six full-time employees in the winter to around 12-15 employees from April through December.

What the Job Entails:
Currently we are looking for someone to join our team to help our crews finish out what has been a very busy 2026 season. This position would include working to complete fall cleanups using leaf blowers, Walker brand mowers, and truck mounted leaf vac's to load the leaves into the trucks. This position is physically demanding , but we use all the best equipment in the industry to make it as easy and efficient as possible.
What we are looking for:
This position is best fit for someone who is self-motivated and can work in a team environment where 3-6 people are working together to corral leaves within a property and move them efficiently to the truck to be loaded.
The right candidate should be able to observe what's going on in the moment, think on their feet, and be able to anticipate the next move as this is a fast paced environment that can change as quickly as a gust of wind.
For the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn this position can very easily transfer into a year round job with snow removal, spring cleanups, mowing etc.
