Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at Gorges Grant Hotel in Ogunquit, ME. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, maintenance and repair, and preventive maintenance just to name a few, and to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the hotel facilities.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in preventive maintenance and electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and other mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or related field
