Nature's Miracle Maine LLC. is currently looking to bring on an individual who has interest in Cannabis Cultivator, and processing, to its tight knit team! We are a complete vertical cannabis company that cultivates, extracts, infuses, and produces an entire catalog of products. If all, or most, of those subjects interest you, then you might be a perfect fit!
An ideal candidate is:
-Able to be on their feet, actively moving, for at least 6 to 8 hours, more the better.
-Can crouch, bend, and lift regularly.
-Can lift upto 60lbs, and can regularly lift 10 to 20lbs.
-Able to take direction, and retain information.
-Able to learn new tasks, and keeps interest in tasks that have been taught,
-Able to retain large quantities of information.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
- Monitor irrigation systems and adjust as necessary to maintain proper moisture levels.
- Perform routine tasks such as planting, pruning, and harvesting while adhering to best horticultural practices.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for various cultivation tasks.
- Identify and address plant health issues, applying appropriate care techniques.
- Assist in the processing of cannabis flower, trim.
- Learn, and assist in the production of cannabis products including, but not limited to: Pre Rolls, Edibles, Cartridges, RSO, Nano Infused Ice Cream, Drinks, and more!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 48 per week
