Overview:
Exciting times at BerryDunn! The DEIBA (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging & accessibility), Well-being and Engagement team is excited to be adding a Coordinator to their group. As the DEIBA, Well-being and Engagement Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s initiatives related to DEIBA, as well as employee well-being and engagement. This position involves collaborating with various departments, assisting in the development and implementation of programs, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This full time opportunity will be based out of our Portland, ME headquarters.
You Will:
Program Support and Implementation:
- Assist in the design, execution, and management of DEIBA, well-being, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions related to DEIBA and well-being initiatives.
- Track and report on program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Communication and Outreach:
- Develop and distribute communications to promote DEIBA, well-being, and engagement activities.
- Maintain and update relevant content on the company’s internal platforms and communication channels.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking information or support related to DEIBA and well-being programs.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with employee resource groups (ERGs) to support their activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate DEIBA and well-being principles into broader organizational practices.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for DEIBA and well-being committees and task forces.
Data and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to DEIBA, well-being, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in DEIBA, employee well-being, and engagement.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the company’s DEIBA and well-being strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
You Have:
- At least, 2 years in a related role, preferably in DEIBA, employee well-being, or engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and employee well-being.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask.
Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
