*Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing patient schedules, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining office organization.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and schedule appointments for patients efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Optometric experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
