This individual will facilitate access and improve the quality of health care for our patients through a range of activities such as outreach, community education, informal counseling, social support, and advocacy. Employment Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate required for all positions
- Level 3 English is required for all positions
- BLS required or within 6 months of hire
- Fitness for Duty – Self Reporting Statement
