Overview:
BerryDunn is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator with experience in customer service and education, and a passion for helping others grow, to join our Learning & Development team. You will be part of a core team tasked with driving the implementation of evidence-based learning and development solutions in support of strategic business needs, initiatives, and BerryDunn’s culture of continuous development. You will contribute to the wide range of initiatives undertaken by the Learning & Development department for the firm.
The location for this position is Portland, ME. While some tasks will require you to be in the office, you will also have the flexibility to work remotely.
You will report to the Learning & Development Engagement Manager and work frequently with the Director of Learning & Development.
You Will:
- Collaborate with a talented, creative, high-performing team.
- Assist with a variety of team activities – projects, communications, and meetings.
- Manage the preparation, tracking, and implementation of courses and programs, coordinating with internal and external facilitators.
- Assist with Learning & Development course production needs, such as launching polls and break-out rooms.
- Maintain various systems including BerryDunn’s mentor matching software, LinkedIn Learning, and L&D’s intranet site.
- Orient new hires to the Learning & Development department.
- Help track evaluation metrics and key performance indicators for all aspects of our work.
- Support the tracking and reporting of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for BerryDunn employees.
- Innovate and improve learning and development operations based on evaluation data, feedback, and best practices.
- Provide exceptional service to our partners and staff.

Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $55,000/yr - $65,000/yr. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
