Key Responsibilities:
- Communication With Clients: Handle emails and phone calls and messages to and from clients.
- Procedure Documentation: Meet with team members to document processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing & Development Insight: Document marketing strategies and processes.
- System Development for Land Development Opportunities: Make a plan to help agents identify land development opportunities.
- Efficiency Analysis: Review office workflows, highlight inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance performance.
- Event Management: Organize and oversee four annual client events from inception to follow-up, and ensure every detail of the plan is executed.
- Leadership in Real Estate Systems: Master and train the team on the Command system, and lead the development of our concierge program for buyers and sellers.
- Team Coordination: Supervise admin staff, hold team members accountable to what they committed to doing, and ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Lead Management: Monitor lead flow, see if leads are getting follow-up, and keep marketing plans on track to bring in more leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Calendar and Gmail.
- Willingness to explore technology that works for other real estate companies.
