We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant. This person will be working alongside our main consultant/company owner as an assistant.
This assistant position tasks includes (but is not limited to):
Sales Support:
- Prepare and follow up on sales estimates and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Providing communication to customers regarding job status and progress reports.
- Prepare basic quotes and follow-up with customer.
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in scheduling consultations and site visits.
- Provide detailed information about landscape installation services.
- Assisting Primary Sales Consultant in customer interaction as directed.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized sales documents and files.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team.
- Assist with quotes and designs
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for sales processes.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Efficient use of Time Management.

Hours: Full time, year-round with season influx during peak times of the year.
Pay is determined by experience. This job has lots of growth potential financially and career-wise.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
