ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIS
Must be able to meet the minimum requirements of the job, which include, but are not limited to:
· Must demonstrate safe work practices at all times.
· Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, plus frequent overtime.
· Successful candidates must become a member of local Union.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
· Knowledge of control valves and motor control circuits.
· Ability to perform process trouble shooting tasks and work with industrial control circuits.
· Familiarity of motors, HVAC, DCS, AC/DC drive, tube and conduit bending, ,PLC’s and instrumentation calibration
REQUIREMENTS
- Full time Rumford Union Employee.
- Knowledge of electrical skills
- Successful completion of E&I aptitude test.
- Successful completion of hands-on testing.
- Successful completion of interview process.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or higher in electrical, electromechanical, IBEW apprentice program or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a plus.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of control valves and motor control circuits
- Ability to perform process trouble shooting tasks and work with industrial control circuits.
- Familiarity of motors, HVAC, DCS, AC/DC drive, tube and conduit bending, PLC and instrument calibration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.40 - $49.93 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
