EDS Service Solutions is looking for friendly, smiling faces with good communication skills for mornings, evenings, and weekends to work as Instant Return Agents.
Looking for a fun, friendly face to greet people returning their rental at our Portland, Maine Car Rental location.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental agreement, and show customers their rental vehicles.
- Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature
- Review vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary
- Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested
- Secure all vehicle keys
- May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle
- May be required to move vehicles
- May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license
- Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
Shifts Available- 9am-5pm, Friday-Tuesday
Pay Rate: $17.50/Weekly Pay!
